Vanessa Hudgens Auditioned for the Role of Leah Clearwater in Twilight?

How true are the rumors that the Disney teen star, Vanessa Hudgens,
has plans or even already auditioned for the role of Leah Clearwater in the movie Twilight?
Her reps and the scriptwriter of the said movie have both denied it but she has
expressed her interest in the role when once interviewed saying that her little
sister has read all the books and like it.

In some photos taken of her, she took it coolly and lightly by wearing a “Not Me”
t-shirt. So probably it’s not really her. Whether it be Vanessa or whoever, let’s just all hope that the film would truly depict how great the book is.

Vanessa for Leah or not?
