What We Click Says More About Who We Are

Bloggers and publishers must have been noticing lately that most of their Google Ads are unrelated to their posts. Would Interest-Based Advertising be the one to blame, or is it something else?
Take a look at the right side of this blog and you'll see myriad Ads by Google that are utterly irrelevant to celebrities news, photos or anything related to it. In contrast, it shows you how to know more about God, who is God, and just about everything about God. You didn't come into my blog to search for Him right? Or you're a person who spends more time browsing on gospel-related articles, stories or videos like that of "A Letter from a Father". If not, then what are these ads for?
You wouldn't probably click on them because you're more into Hollywood gossips, celebrities pictures and much more of what's up with your favorite stars. Why on Earth then Google showed you ads about God when they knew you came here for celebs news? Is it what they call Blind Advertising when its supposed to be "relating" the ads they'd show to my posts. Well, perhaps let's take it this way. I have posted an article, or should I say a movie review of the film we watched entitled the Gospel of John. That single post about the gospel, Jesus or the Bible account of Jesus' ministry against all the posts I have about the celebrities? I mean, I have a single post about it versus 99% of posts about celebrities but why my Ads are dominated by ads related to it[gospel]? Again, I'm making assumptions here that perhaps more advertisers or AdWords users pay more on ads about the gospel or God or they outnumber advertisers about celebrities? Keywords trigger the ads shown, and perhaps more advertisers bid or pay more on ads about God than that of Hollywood news.
The message is clear, instead of searching more about fleeting news, seek more about God's good news for in this changing world, you could always trust His unchanging word.Sometimes Google may not have a full feel of what we really want or seek, but they sure do always find ways to be more responsive to our needs. Am I for interest-based internet marketing then? The users should always decide. They say you are what you say, or the words that comes out from your mouth clearly describes what kind of person you are. Now, it helps us to be aware how the world wide web works,that they're monitoring our every clicks and save them into cookies, or set of numbers for whatever purposes it may serve them best. Now, will you be more careful with the things you browse? Don't be surprised to see more ads about God, it must depict something more about the inner or real you. Don't be surprise either to see more of shocking news, perhaps it says something about you. Could be blame interest-based advertising or ourselves?
